LEO Construction is the underground utility expert in Northern Virginia. Our team of experienced professionals offers innovative solutions and results on every project we approach. LEO has been serving the Northern Virginia area since 1980 and boasts a strong history of both our commitment to the satisfaction of our clients and our service to the surrounding community.

As the underground utility experts in Northern Virginia, we install hundreds of thousands of feet of conduit and cable for utility companies every year. In addition to handling largescale projects for the major utility companies, we do work for a wide range of public clients and private enterprises. From critical facility infrastructure to custom excavation, LEO is a one-stop shop for all underground dry-utility installation needs.

Our History

Founded in 1980, LEO Construction is a family-owned company that started with a mission to provide world-class construction services to the utility industry, municipalities, developers, and builders. That vision remains the same today. Our uncompromising integrity and honesty, combined with our advanced innovation, has contributed to establishing LEO Construction as one of the most respected and sought-after firms in Northern Virginia. We set high standards for ourselves and our work and constantly strive to provide top of the line service. LEO Construction operates out of two field offices (Leesburg and Bristow), with our corporate office based in Aldie, Virginia.

Safety

Here at LEO Construction, safety is always our top priority. Our full-time safety staff and progressive safety programs are indicative of LEO's "safety first" mindset. Monthly safety meetings, toolbox talks, and thorough training programs help give our employees the knowledge and tools they need to remain safe on the job site. When undertaking new projects, LEO Construction always takes safety measures and precautions into account and bids accordingly. LEO Construction is heavily involved in the safety community, regularly attending the Northern Virginia Damage Prevention meetings and other regional safety events/conferences. LEO is one of the pioneer members of Dominion Energy's "Golden Shovel Program".

LEO Construction has a top-of-the-line fleet of 100+ vehicles and 175+ units of heavy machinery. Our diverse fleet allows us to approach every job from a variety of angles to ensure the safest, most efficient, and cost-effective solution.
